This is an aging property, but the location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Brazilian style breakfast is very good. The lack of a restaurant is offset by three restaurants right next door and a supermarket half a block away. Value is extraordinarily good.

Limpeza Terrível
O quarto nos foi entregue sujo, cheio de cabelos no chão e com o edredom manchado. Fiz a reclamação e mais de uma hora esperando solução sem ninguém para dar suporte. Precisei telefonar e cobrar para enfim ter algum suporte. Nos foi oferecido limpeza do quarto. Detalhe que como estava com pet (que estava mais limpa que o chão do quarto), precisei limpar o quarto enquanto não vinha ninguém. Por fim, após mais de uma hora trocaram o edredom e ainda me foi cobrado a taxa Pet de R$ 50,00. Wifi terrível não conectava.
