Great Breakfast Buffet!
The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were super friendly. The beds were a bit on the hard side but otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Service was usually pretty quick. The only negative was sometimes when ordering from the hotel restaurant the kitchen was very slow to make the food. The buffet there was good and low priced. I enjoyed my stay there.

A CONVENIENT AND ENJOYABLE HOTEL
This is a very pleasant and economical hotel to stay in primarily because of the employees here who are very friendly and the cost of the rooms are not exorbitantly expensive. The breakfast in the morning is outstanding and the proximity to stores and transportation is very good.

GREAT PEOPLE GREAT STAY
As usual my stays excellent at this hotel. This hotel is superior to all other hotels in the US within the price range that I paid for it. Even in the midst of covid-19 they figured out a way to safely maintain serving breakfast unlike the US hotels which still charges you a premium price but takes away the breakfast and room service. The staff is super friendly to the point where I use hotels.com to select this hotel over the others in Rio.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS IN RIO
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and for the record this hotel did not get rid of any of the amenities in the wake of this virus situation but instead they found creative ways to work around them and I really appreciated that. The service was excellent and the people very friendly which is why I try to choose that hotel whenever I get the opportunity.

Good location in Lago de Machado. Close to the Metro and other conveniences. The room can be noisy, the walls are too thin that you can hear all the noise from next room. Wifi is good, bathroom are clean but water pressure lacking. Okay for a few days.

Nice hotel to stay a few days.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast selection. Wifi and Air Conditioning are excellent. The staff are very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Door lock was broken
I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. In the last night, I arrived in my room around 9PM, and my key card didn't work. They replaced it but nothing. Even the manager's master key didn't work. After some trials to open the door with a machine, supposed to work in these situations, the lock was still not reacting. Ok, so far, it happens. Machines. But the problem is that there was NOBODY IN THE HOTEL who could solve the problem. And the person in charge said that the technician LIVED SO FAR that he could not come!!! So, they let us stay in another room, with no closes to change. Thank you for your kindness!!! And in the checkout, they charged me for every single thing, even the water consumption of the bar of the new room (I had a full bottle of water in my room). Thats the Brazilian service!!! Be aware before going!!!!

Muy buena estadía, con algo de ruido
Fue una muy buena estadía, gente amable, habitación y hotel limpio. Seguridad. La zona comercial agitada, pero útil para almorzar o comprar regalos. El único inconveniente fue el ruido de la habitación de al lado en el hotel, separada por una puerta de madera. Seguramente muy funcional para familias que quieren compartir dos habitaciones, pero un inconveniente para quien no desea enterarse de las historias ajenas.

Ótimo custo benefício
O atendimento foi incrivelmente perfeito ! Quarto espaçoso, tudo muito limpo. Só não dei as 5 estrelas pois faltou manutenção , parte da parede e do teto do quarto estava descascando. O café da manhã era bom porém o espaço pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes do hotel.

O hotel é mediano. O atendimento de todos foi muito bom, sempre simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Todavia, a cama do quarto era pequena e desconfortável. Tenho 1.68 e meus pés ficavam pra fora se eu não me arrumasse direito na cama. O ar condicionado tinha vontade própria e várias vezes ficava em 28 graus, sem mudar. No dia de ir embora quase derreti no quarto pq a janela dava pra o nada e o ar esquentava. O quarto não é muito grande, mas é bem limpo! As toalhas podiam melhorar. O café da manhã é razoavel e da pra comer bem. A localização é boa pra quem quer ficar próximo ao metrô. Fui ao show da Taylor Swift e foi ótimo pq fui e voltei de metrô e trem. Tem mercado perto.

Excelente opção para quem vai ao Rio!!!
Recomendo o Scorial. Uma excelente opção considerando o custo-benefício. Café da manhã super completo, limpeza impecável atendimento super gentil. Não temos nada a reclamar. Uma unica observação é que o hotel tem um numero de apartamentos grande em relação ao tamanho da recepção e do café da manhã o que provoca um pouco de fila. Porém a incrível eficiência da equipe compensa isso com vantagens. Certeza absoluta que volto lá quando voltar ao Rio. Parabéns a todos.
