When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

O atendimento da recepção é bem ruim, as pessoas não são gentis, bem diferente de outros hotéis que fiquei aqui no Rio de Janeiro. Com certeza não hospedaria aqui novamente, mesmo o café da manhã e quartos sendo ok.

Ótimo custo-benefício, ótimo atendimento.

É um hotel com boas condições e bom conforto, além da boa localização. O atendimento da equipe é muito bom. O único comentário foi o controle do ar-condicionado, que não funcionou de forma fácil. Mas isso pode ser facilmente resolvido.
