I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff

The most disappointing place I’ve ever been
I’ve had to change three rooms till fit with the price I’ve paid. For 3 stars hotel doesn’t cover the expectations about “Spacious rooms”(my first 2days was in small rooms with small double beds), the fitness center was one multifunction machine, cross trainer and treadmill(all of them basic and old) there weren’t any dumbbells or training mat. Also the whole spa area was clean and tidy. The sauna was off through the whole time. Also for 3 stars hotel the breakfast was almost the same variety every morning(my stay was 10nights). The bed sheets has staines and holes. Housekeeping wasn’t keeping the room in good and clean condition, the floor was always dirty even after cleaning. All pictures aren’t accurate, probably they’ve been before 10 years. I’m totally disappointed of this hotel for the price I’ve paid.

Simple and good value for your money. About a 9 min walk from Copacabana beach and even though I felt safe for the most part walking even late at night, it might not be for everyone. Only major thing I can say about is the sewer smell in the bathroom. It wasn't that bad, but I can still smell it. Overall good. Staff were friendly.

Excellent value for the money! Simple but nice and very clean accommodation, delicious breakfast with very wide range of choice. Magnificent view from the rooftop with pool! Perfect location - just about 7 mins by walk from Copacabana, moreover, I felt safe in the hotel neighborhood. Very nice and helpful staff, the only negative was that not everybody could speak English.

Hotel location was convenient. the pool area was small but enough for what we needed ( a break from the beach). The bed was hard and wasnt a comfortable sleep. .

Majestic could be an understatement
Staff treated my girlfriend and I like celebrities. A hugeness thank you for your hospitality and also to the breakfast team who let us watch late as well as r he cleaning staff who kept our room tidy!

A bit disappointing.
The hotel was very pokey, very small, not enough space in the room , noisy people from room next door, the air conditioning was not working properly. There was no kettle or iron in the room. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was OK.

Wifi never worked, staff useless but polite Pool was like 2x2 yards, all sunbeds broken Very cheap and soft mattresses. Ruin your back for free ! Never again.

My hotel room was kinda of small, but the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would reccomened this hotel to others who are looking for a cheaper solution with a great location, and strong wifi!

Reasonably priced hotel near Copacabana
Neat little hotel with a 5 minute walk to the Copacabana and great little restuarants. Clean comfortable and very reasonably priced. Good value for money for a family stay

Great Location!
We had a great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and with a reasonably priced minibar. The breakfast was extensive with something for everyone available. We were allowed to leave luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great as it was a 5-minute walk to Copacabana Beach. Very good and would recommend.

AWESOME
The people and staff was very helpful and friendly. Thiago helped us a great deal by arranging a cab to take us to the bus terminal. Your hotel makes a stay very enjoyable because of its caring staff. IM giving you a 10+. In the future probably We will stay there again. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

just off the beach, a bit small but still good
this hotel is about4-5 block from the Copacabana Beach and a few blocks from the metro. this hotel is a small hotel its like they took an old Apartment building and transformed it into a hotel. the rooms are a bit narrow but your really there only to sleep so it wasn't bad. the Breakfast was really good.

Good choice
The hotel has everything i needed. It is not a resort but has nice rooms, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Located two small blocks from the beach. The cons: no iron lending service. Don't expect a regular 4 star hotel for the price because is expensive, but that's the same for Rio de Janeiro.

If you're going for the pool, don't get your hopes up. It's small and dirty. The breakfast certainly makes up for any shortfall...a lot of options to choose from. It really was a quick walk to copacabana beaches and public transportation. I got a discount on this hotel and it was worth it.

Hotel confortável e silencioso
O hotel se encontra em rua silenciosa, o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo. Boa limpeza do quarto, lençois e toalhas limpos. O café da manhã é extraordinário, com reposição permanente e grande variedade de pães, bolos e frutas. A única observação é a necessidade de modernizar um pouco as instalações para continuar atraindo hóspedes sempre.

Atendimento ótimo
O atendimento oferecido pelo hotel, através de seus funcionários, é excelente. Toda a equipe da recepção é maravilhosa e se esforçou para que nossa estada fosse a melhor possível. O mesmo posso dizer quanto ao pessoal do restaurante e da garagem. Também muito gentis.Bom café da manhã, quartos grandes, confortáveis. Gostamos também do banheiro e chuveiro. Mas a limpeza do quarto não agradou. Parte do lixo não foi retirado num dos dias e, pra piorar, tinham duas baratas no quarto. Precisa melhorar neste quesito.
