LUGAR HORROROSO

O hostel é extremamente deplorável, eu saí às pressas, perdi 2 diárias sem o menor peso na consciência só por pensar em ter que ficar nesse lugar. O local em que está localizado é perigoso, o banheiro é imundo, cheio de baratas, a roupa de cama é imunda, o atendimento é horroroso, e não há custo benefício que compense uma estadia nesse lugar.

Não esperava nenhum luxo de um hostel, mas o que vi foi barbaridade, o banheiro todo mais sujo que banheiro de rodoviária, não me senti nem um pouco cômodo pra tomar um banho, a cama horrível qualquer movimento balança e rugia

Fiquei no hostel. Na recepção as vezes tem atendentes mal educados e que fazem pouco caso, não são todos, mas existem. O quarto parece que não é limpo há muito tempo. Muito lixo embaixo das camas. Banheiro com portas que não tem tranca, toalhas péssimas e com mau cheiro, roupa de cama ruim e beliches com colchões tão finos que você sente o estrado.

Com excepción de la señora que limpia y el chico de mantenimiento el resto del personal te atiende como si te hiciera un favor . El primer día reclamé que me robaron comida.y bebida del hostel y nadie hizo nada . Entraron tres amigos de un hospedado que no estaban alojados y les tuve que avisar yo para que los sacarán porque estaban gritando.Li único bueno baños y aire , no vuelvo mas. No tiene cocina y para que te den agua caliente tenés que rogarles .

Muito confuso o atendimento

Fiz a reserva no site Trivago e solicitei quarto individual. Me encaminharam para o Hostel... quarto com 4 pessoas... Mesmo mostrando a atendente a reserva não foi solucionado e tive que trocar de hotel. Decepcionante.

Perto da Central do Brasil

Tranquila para chegar e me deslocar. Fui para ver o jogo do Botafogo no Estádio Nilton Santos e precisava chegar de trem, então a proximidade com a Central do Brasil foi a minha principal referência. Como o jogo terminou tarde, sair da Central e poder chegar logo a hospedagem foi bem importante.

O quarto para casal era bem grande e confortável, com uma varanda aconchegante. A única coisa que me incomodou é que o hotel não fornece toalhas.

Cômodo limpo.

Minha estadia no Hotel durou 7 dias, não tenho do que reclamar se levar em consideração o valor pois no quarto você pode ficar com o ar ligado o dia todo no quarto, os armários individuais são grandes que cabem até as malas dentro, o café da manhã é bom e os funcionários atenciosos.
