"We just came from a wonderfull stay at this paradise. The service was at it finest, and the location to. We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. The room was so beautifull - the combination of wood, stone and “farm” style has sat an impression of us. You really need to experience this place. Both the location, but very much the service indeed. Incredible breakfeast, haven’t got anyting near this standard for the money before....

"Our 3 nights stay here was incredible. The owner is open and friendly, warm and welcoming. The room is immaculate, with attention to detail and a complimentary bottle of Vinho Verde. The pool is well situated, clean and warm in the evening. The breakfast is a fantastic spread of traditional and contemporary foods (their daily cake is to die for!). "O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. No bar e restaurante não havia uma única opção de vinho tinto, só brancos, o que é bastante complicado nessa época de frio intenso, quando os tintos caem muito bem. Creio que seja um período de...

"La habitacion y baño estaban bien. El desayuno aunque fuese simple, estaba bien. La habitacion grande y con mucha luz. La cama cómoda y el baño con bañera y bastante bien. Igual hubiese estado bien tener algo mas de jabón. Tiene zona para dejar los coches, aunque, digamos que es en el campo. Para llegar al hotel, para coches anchos, es complicado el acceso y puedes llegar no pasar, ya que pasas entre casas y el camino es estrecho. "Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "
