"Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else. Disappointing. "

"Perfect hotel for the last night before leaving to the airport. They arranged an early morning shuttle, and a pickup from the water taxi and tour of the monkey sanctuary the day before. Then I relaxed poolside and had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. A very peaceful place on the river. The sound of the monkeys at night was fascinating!"

"All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location cannot be beat. Loved slow mornings watching the wildlife from our front porch. Food was great and our accommodations were cozy, clean and well maintained. "

"The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize."
