"This hotel is amazing. I’ve traveled all over the world and this hotel rivals a 5 star I stayed in in Türkiye a few years ago. It’s laid out well and perfectly positioned in downtown Chattanooga to access all things fun there. The staff is incredible. I checked in during an emergency and the front desk clerk noticed my distress, asked me if I had been harmed, and what she could do to help me feel safe. I sobbed at the kindness of this stranger and she walked around the desk and asked if I needed a hug and I did! She made sure I knew she was available if I needed her or other staff. Also, the pool is perfect. By 3 pm the sun is low enough it becomes shaded so I would swim without sunscreen. Everything was super clean, everyone was super nice and I needed that hotel more than I realized! Even made an amazing memory with my 91 years old Mamaw cause she came to stay with me there."
