We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

From our initial greeting from the concierge to settling our account every member of staff made us feel valued and judged the level of attention just right. Nice room above the very popular bar. Easy to park outside. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Really nice, thriving small town with lots of shops and restaurants. Ideal location for doing the Ring of Kerry.

This is a traditional hotel, very well run..

Incredible room and view. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast spread included in room price. Accessible walk into town which took 25-30mins. They took the time to show us their birds of prey even though it’s off season and not usually open. Overall would recommend.

One night stay but wish I could have stayed longer although I had been looking for a hotel closer to Killarney centre the Fossa walk from the Hotel to Killarney (about 8 KM return) is suitable for all as it is flat all the way so good for walking or cycle and any age although day light hours more suitable, Taxi not expensive. The location is superb with views over the lake, rooms with a balcony (make sure you request overlooking the lake), breakfast superb with a good selection for all...

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the hotel and we, once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superbly well equipped, with breathtakingly stunning views. The lakeside room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely, and were attentive, friendly and very approachable. The staff was really friendly and caring. We had some issues with the heating but we could move to another room which saved our night. There is a swimming-pool which is good in such a nasty weather we had. The buffet breakfast has the widest choices I have ever seen.
