The staff were friendly and i appreciated the texts to let us know about refreshing the towels and linen. however, the bathroom door broke and the repair was inadequate and there was a horrible smell from the bathroom drainage. furthermore the AC did not work so the room was always humid and required us to open the windows constantly which meant it was noisy. The parking was a nightmare unless you paid extra for a spot by the hotel.

The hotel is in the downtown center. It was very convenient to restaurants, shops and sites of interest for tourists. The room was clean. The bed, TV, and furniture were nice.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
