"Although this bungalow is set up for short stays, we were there for 3 weeks. Beautiful Guayabitos beach is accessible across the street. It is situated between Guayabitos Centro and La Penita with a short walk to each. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and had the basic necessities. The hosts , Enrique and family were super accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We would definitely return. "

"We loved the location of the property. It’s up on a beautiful hill across from the main town. The cabins are awesome. However, the property is extremely dirty, trash everywhere, and the worse part is that there seems to be no trash collection in the area and the property’s management burns the trash, there are piles of trash throughout the property.
