Arriviamo il giorno di Ferragosto, dopo 5 ore di viaggio, e siamo stati accolti da un receptionist, mummificato, che ci ha informati che la nostra prenotazione era stata cancellata!... E da chi? Chiediamo sorpresi e preoccupati per la giornata "impegnativa" dal punto di vista delle presenze!..In sostanza la responsabile della struttura, fisicamente assente, aveva cancellato la nostra prenotazione ed assegnato la camera ad altri turisti.
Ovviamente noi non avevamo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione né dalla struttura né da Hotels.com. Qualcosa non era chiaro!!
Da parte di Anna Mare nessuna alternativa, nessuna struttura di appoggio, nessuna spiegazione accettabile e nessun tentativo di scuse! Menefreghismo assoluto, totale assenza di professionalità ed empatia. Avevamo prenotato in questo "hotel" principalmente per la vicinanza alla spiaggia ma con grandi riserve sulla struttura che dalle foto già rendeva poco, dal vivo è molto peggio! Buia, triste e spoglia, anche senza aver visto le stanze non la consiglierei a nessuno.
Fortunatamente Hotels.com ci ha dato immediatamente assistenza e collocati in una stuttura decisamente migliore rendendo questa vacanza iniziata male in un piacevolissimo soggiorno a Rimini.
