Very good quqlity on building and a very BIG swimmingpool and good spa• Unfortunaly was only small dubelrooms aviable in july, the Superior room should been more confortable. Overall very good spa hotell.

Great hotel and spa facilities. Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was a typical Latvian selection. A couple of snags: walls between bedrooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbours, water in this area is hard but no hair conditioner is provided, and the car park was at capacity for 2 out of the 3 days I was there so I had to park on the street

Fantastic hotel in absolutely stunning location. 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant, cafe. The hotel has all the amenities that make your vacation ultra comfortable and enjoyable: spas, pools, saunas, restaurants. You may stay inside the hotel and not even go out and you will receive the full spectrum of entertainment and you will enjoy it immensely. Greatly recommend and will be sure to return back.

Great hotel

Great hotel with an outdoor pool and a short stroll to the beach. Had to pay 15 euro per night extra for cot. Standard room was quite compact. Every room has a balcony, but the railings are quite low. Dinner was wonderful.

The girl at the reception during check-in was very kind and provided all required information I needed. Barista at lobby bar also was friendly and helped me with teapot which was needed for my daughter treatment.

Beautiful forest and beach

Lovely pool and sauna. Location perfect with short walk through the woods to a sandy, well maintained beach. Small gripe, driving onto Jumala island there is a 2 euro charge. Make sure you stop and pay it otherwise you have to drive back to pay. It would be nice if the hotel and local authority had an arrangement where it could be paid at the hotel

Great hotel in our favorite part of Jurmala. Rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need (had to ask to get a kettle though). For some reason they are using shower gel in shower-gel-type tubes as hand wash - inconvenient. Good variety at the buffet breakfast but not much variety day-to-day. Parking on the premises is hard to get in high season (and the "coin" system is weird) but enough street parking options around the hotel (watch out for parking forbidden signs though).

Excellent family stay with world class beach

The hotel was top of the art, extremely well maintained and pleasurable. A short walking distance, via pine forest protecting the environment, to the 50 kilometer long beach with finest sand in the world (we've been to many beaches from Asia to America) - and the beach is not crowded like Long Island, Hamptons or Simosa Beach. Like you own Business Class trip to a World Class beach! So this hotel is perfectly located. The hotel also has an inside pool, hot tub and kids pool, which were well-attended during August holidays. Outside pool was nice and not too crowded since the hotel is perfectly sized, not too large. Small minus for the fact that pool bar was always closed. I want my frozen margaritas by the pool while watching kids. However, there were a lot of Russian speakers in the hotel which at the time of travel ban and Ukraine war was surprising - so be ready to accept it if you stay here. It appeared many of them were not Latvian Russians either and acted with nomenklatura mentality. Fortunately not entitled rich kids with attitude since this is a safe, "boring" family locatinon.

Well it’s kinda new hotel in Latvia, not new but renewed! Anyway if we look back at couple of years ago, it was very nice and friendly staff, and service was great! This time it was at 0 level. Start with the family room located at 3 floor(when I asked highest possible) and no possibility to change, and ends with breakfast with 5 person, small table offered, and it was full till the time we left! Waiters walk along several times, watch at our used plates and walk away! Sad to say, but there is no ideas what scan happen for me to come back. Two years ago it was competitive price, and maybe this could be some argument, but when you pay 145 eur for a night, and get a cold number with broken heater and dirty pillows, and there is no possibilities to change it… I have no words to say.

Semarah Lielupe hotel is the best in the area. The location is walkable to the sea and the surrounding area is beautiful and safe. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and very professional. They cater to all your needs and respond immediately. The amenities of the hotel are amazing: spa service, gym, pool and saunas. There is a lot of people accommodated in the hotel, but the service is quick and impeccable. I would highly recommend the hotel. Been staying in it second year in a row and would return back . Irena
