Lovely stay for a few days in Latvia. Easy to find and very close to the centre of everything. Room was a good size and nice and clean. Everything you needed in the room. Didn't use the dining facilities but friendly staff at the bar and reception. Fruit bowl and mini meringues in reception area.

Sadly, I only spent the one night here...it was very comfortable and I wish had more time to enjoy the amenities. It will definitely be my chose the next time i come to Riga!

Lovely stay, well located for all sights. Ideal for Christmas Markets, only a 1 minute walk. Very quiet and safe, located in a beautiful area. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful.

Thank you Pullman Old Town hotel. My time in Riga was a blast! You were all SO helpful. From check-in, Madre providing suggestions on food, massages, sites to Emils helping me in a new room because of medical reasons and all throughout the stay, it made my stay memorable. Great times!!

We were on a room only basis, given the number and quality of local coffee shops this suited us perfectly. The hotel is situated on the edge of the old town, very close to some government buildings, so your average taxi can’t pull up directly outside, tis no big deal. Staff were courteous, polite and spoke excellent English. And I have to say it was excellent value for money.

Located within the enchanting heart of Riga's Old Town. While hotels decor may lean towards the vintage side, it still exudes an inviting warmth and adequate comfort that guests can appreciate. Our room was thoughtfully positioned above what seemed to be the breakfast area or a similar communal space. This led to the inevitable hustle and bustle in the morning hours, emanating from downstairs, which some guests may find disturbing. As for the bed, it bore signs of a seasoned hospitality veteran, its years of faithful service somewhat reducing its initial comfort level. Perhaps a refreshing update to the bedding is in the near future, promising more restful nights for the guests. Turning our attention to the spa facilities, a gentle touch of extra attention and care would be quite beneficial. The sauna, unfortunately, fell short of warmth, and some areas of the premises exhibited a smattering of litter. At 10AM towels were unavailable and despite a request placed to the front desk, they never arrived. Overall, the hotel stands as a decent choice for accommodation, although it seems to slightly lag behind its siblings in the Pullman chain.

Comfortable Central Location
Overall enjoyable, great front desk and hotel staff. I found the hotel food and drink far too expensive to purchase. Comfortable bed and room. Only annoyance was I was on the second floor, and they did the bins outside below twice in a row at about 5am waking me up. Otherwise it was excellent.

Not a comfortable stay
We were initially given a room on the corner of the building (255). It was directly above the hotel’s goods entrance. Delivery vans arrived as early as 4.30. Some left on their engines and music. On the second night a rubbish lorry also came very early (pic from window included) and made lots of noise. After two nights of less than full sleep we asked to move and got room 401. This seemed good but when we went to bed we realized the top mattress had been left off the bed (pic included). It was super uncomfortable. Also the room was full of mosquitoes which was odd for end of April although perhaps not hotels fault. Other than not getting any sleep for three nights the hotel is fine. Breakfast was nice.

Superior king was booked, but got 2 twin mattresses shoved together to supposedly form one queen with a huge gap down the center, very uncomfortable. Window opens up to a hallway maybe 20-25 feet away where the entire hallway can see into your room. So no privacy if you want sunlight. Keep curtains shut at all times or remain decent. So terribly hot even with heat shut off, must open windows for relief...very wasteful. Streets are configured so ride share drivers have to drop you across from the park. I saw police ticket a few drivers in my 3 nights. This is not the hotel's fault but still mildly annoying if carrying luggage. Location is good, but they don't give you what you pay for and people usually aren't in a fighting mood when tired and jet lagged.

Great hotel, great location
We had such a lovely time here, the hotel is lovely. It is the only hotel in Riga where a taxi cannot go to the door, so bear that in mind if you have lots of luggage! You will need to walk only 100m. The rooms are spotless, and comfortable. You get bottles of water and a tea/coffee service too. The spa area is nice, the pool is small but works just fine. There is also a sauna which you need to ask to be put on 20 minutes before going in. We used a lot of bolt scooters to get around, which you can park outside the hotel which is great too. Only cons: the shower drainage wasn't working properly, and ended up spilling out into our room a bit. There isn't much in terms of surface space. The aircon took a while to kick in. I had wanted to book a spa treatment, however as the spa staff aren't onsite like some hotels, I was unable to get my massage as there was no availability.
