"Great location. We were pleasantly surprised. Upon entry the room, we were happy to have the ac already turned on, to have us walk into a cool room. The room we had came with a jacuzzi tub. We were hoping to enjoy the tub and filled it with hot water. As the tub filled up, I went to add some cold water and discovered that the faucet did not turn. I attempted several times and was unable to turn the knob. We were unable to cool the tub down and knew that in the morning we couldn't have had even a shower. As this hotel has no onsite staff, I was able to find a number on Expedia. I spoke with the manager, Tobin, and explained the situation. Tobin arrived fairly quickly and immediately moved us to a new room. We really appreciated the quick resolution. We would have appreciated some additional compensation, but we do appreciate Tobin. Next time we stay at this property, we will take some time to make sure everything is in working order. Make sure you are aware that you room may not have a shower and just the tub."

"Although the property is older and simple, it is very clean, well maintained and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The older style air conditioners area a bit noisy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the Continental breakfast had lots of variety with good quality items. We were impressed. Thanks Coachman Inn!"

"It's much better than I expected. Room is spacious and clean. Occasionally, I could hear trains passing by, but the bed was so comfortable that I was able to sleep very well. There are 3 elect car chargers, unfortunately I wasn't able to use them. They serves breakfast as well, it's good. Overall it's a good hotel."

"Wow! This place is brand new! The bed was comfortable! The amenities are amazing with a kitchenette and full sized fridge! We used the laundry which was super easy with a credit card and convenient to use. The complimentary breakfast was good and convenient! The coffee was really good as well! It’s a bit out of the way for The North Cascades but well worth it!"
