"This was one of the most amazing hotel stays I have ever had. We we given a free upgrade to a suite, which had a full kitchen with dishwashing included. WOW, I didn't even know this was an option. Our room had 16 or 18' ceilings WOW again! The guest services were top notch as well as the entire administrative staff. Kudos to your team for making our stay one of the best ever! We won't even think of staying anywhere else next time."
