Second stay here wasn't as good as the first one due to staff shortage. We entered a room that was a mess as if previous guests hadn't left yet. Got a new one without a single apology from the girl at the front desk. The guy on the next shift stayed for more than 12 hours but he was much more helpful giving us all the toiletries and fresh towels we needed to carry to our room ourselves on the second night since no other staff was there, it appeared. The room itself seemed so dated, dirty carpets and all. But always prefer this location since bus to NY shelter is just right outside the hotel.

Lobby was great, great food options for breakfast and dinner. Room was spacious and comfortable for my family. The only downsides were that the wall AC remote wasn’t working and that it smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in.

Lumpy creaky mattresses. The worst I have ever experienced. Left us with sore backs. Selling water bottles for $3, when water in the room is the least a hotel is expected to do. Non-working exhaust vent in bathroom. This is not the experience I expected to get given the 'Hilton' branding.

The interior seems a little out dated. Elevator was very outdated. The Key Card did not work properly after I used the key card once and so we had to rekey every time we were there. The staff at the front seat was not too friendly. The cleaning staff was very polite and professional and friendly.

The rooms terribly need updating. Horrible smell, dingy carpets, loud rusty air conditioner, horrible mattress. The staff was very nice and so was the lobby but unfortunately the room is the most important part and it was seriously not what I ever would have expected from an establishment with the Hilton name at the price I paid. I’m beyond disappointed.

Location was not accessible for public transit and it was terrifying trying to turn into the hotel entrance. Facilities are lovely

The hotel was not upto Hilton standards. The room and bathroom were not clean and looked outdated. The bedsheet had a red stain and we had to request to change it. The breakfast manager lady was rude.

The experience at the hotel really ruined an otherwise nice family vacation. The staff at the hotel is aweful. We sat around for almost 2 hours after traveling all day and our room was over an hour late for our check in. 1 person servicing the front desk thankfully speaks english but barely has enough time to deal with any issue or request. They won't give enough towels for the pool, which was rat packed- when you'd ask for TOWELS they brought another 4 for the pool area shelf and you'd have to run and grab them before the other people who also need towels did- Never mind getting a new set of towels for your room! The room was far from clean. My fridge broke day 1. Hich they replaced. Who knows if ill be charged. Still yet to see. There's no bar or resteraunt, it's a breakfast a la carte type stand? Which is run so poorly- their server is a miserable man who can barely speak/ understand english. Also open only until 10am and an adult has to go down so don't try to allow your kids to go get something. They'll tell you after they cook your a la carte item that they don't have bacon or homefries but "you got extra sausage." Which they will also charge you for despite it not even tasting good enough for the dog and you specifically said you didn't like. I also told the unpleasant server that I'd bring it up with the hotel as he asked me to but he followed me tho the desk infront of lobby of guests and yelled over me in broken English so i couldnt even solve my issue at the front

The people who worked in the hotel were rude, particularly Felix. There was garbage left in the drawers of the previous guests and customer service was beyond awful.

One of our favorite hotels in Bergen County. Close to NYC, but safe & quiet. Perla at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. She made our stay very enjoyable! The breakfast was excellent, too.
