Highly recommended!
This is one of the cleanest places among many many that we stayed. Bed is very comfy, The owner Dave is very kind, it was a good time to chat with him, unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer and chat more. Very enjoyable stay! Should take more photos but didn’t, the photo is part of the breakfast.

Great B&B
It was wonderful in all aspects. The breakfasts were amazing! Room was comfortable, cozy and clean! The hosts were very attentive and pleasant. We'll definitely stay here again when in the area.

Loved the quiet rural area and the friendly hosts who provided an excellent breakfast. The only problem being the lack of good local restaurants.

Thanks for the lovely feedback. You were lovely guests. Yes, there does tend to be the occasional lack of local dining options (other than at Harlem Stonegate, of course), particularly later in the season and early in the week, although they do exist, one must definitely check ahead in the slower seasons. Please keep in mind that Harlem Stonegate does provide some amazing Prix-Fixe 3-course dinners (in addition to our usual gorgeous included breakfasts ) given a minimum of 24h notice, which have proved popular with guests. Hope to see you guys again soon, perhaps for dinner. Alicia & David.

We were in town for a wedding and because of these we needed an early check in (like 3 hours early) and we got a free upgrade to the Stonegate room due to another family staying on the property. Dave and Alicia were more than accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast the next morning. Dave and Alicia, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. You need to bottle that jalapeno jam and sell it! Delicious. Thank you again.

A quiet place to reset.
A beautiful bed and breakfast. The hosts were amazing. Breakfast was unbelievably good. Try the granola and have yourself a little moment in the zen studio out back. My wife and I loved our stay.

Alicia and David were lovely and easy going. I felt right at home. The home and property were beautiful. Outside was tranquil. LOVED breakfast on the screen-in porch. And OMG, the bed sheets, mattress would make a Paris boutique hotel jealous.

Alicia and David are wonderful hosts. They pampered us throughout our stay, creating a wonderful pastoral get-away. Our accommodation, meals, and lovely morning stroll all superlative. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent food, we had supper and breakfast on-site... comparable to a 5 star restaurant! Very clean and comfortable bed. Property is very well maintained inside ant out. A cute hidden gem! Thanks again Alicia and David for your hospitality and for being excellent hosts.

Our hosts, Alicia and David were welcoming and we felt right at home. It really feels like they are opening up their home to you and it’s more than just a business. There is great attention to detail and so much pride of ownership. From the fresh sprig of mint on the delicious breakfast to garden fresh ingredients, to a comfortable bed and cozy bathrobe, to beautiful scenery… it’s was perfect. Loved the quiet location and historical stone building - so unique combining the old and the new and very well kept. Dan & Alisia were extremely hospitable and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was absolutely delicious with much of the food straight from their own garden. Every little amenity you can think of was provided and the B&B was so well cared for. Would definitely recommend the Harlem Stonegate B&B to all. It was an absolutely beautiful house And in an idyllic location. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Dave and Alicia were welcoming, warm, helpful and friendly! The food was exceptional. We had two breakfasts and two dinners there! All creative and delicious and most of it grown on the property! I would recommend Harlem Stonegate!!!

The hosts make sure you have everything you need for the length of your trip. Even though their website mentions that they need a 24 hr notice for a dinner request but they were gracious enough to do so right after we checked in because we were too tired to go out for dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were 5 star restaurant worthy. The property itself is an experience on its own. The hosts gave us a tour of their garden, barn and yoga/zen studio that was built amidst complete wilderness and was definitely something that we had never witnessed before. The b&b is truly a well kept secret and its a must visit if you seek relaxation of the mind and soul. Thank you David and Alicia, you guys were amazing.

Food - amazing! Service - amazing! Room quality/bed - amazing! Loved the thank-you note and the cookies. Dave and Alisa very friendly and accommodating. My only negative comment was that the outbuildings are run-down/neglected and there was some garbage/litter that hadn't been picked up - an old ladder/plywood/storage bin in the yoga area which itself needed tidying and organization. It's a huge property and a lot of work. I'd anticipate it'll all get done. Good luck to you both. Hope to be back. Really peaceful.

What a wonderful B&B experience. We booked this place on a whim coming back from the Thousand Island border crossing and how lucky I feel that we did. From the homemade chocolate chip cookies to the beautiful restored farmhouse with comfy beds and absolutely delicious gourmet breakfast, every detail was well planned and perfect. The owners Alicia and David are extremely nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!
