Staff were nice enough. Pillows are horrible, everyone complained that they were overstuffed, I barely slept all week and part due to altitude part due to the pillows being so uncomfortable. Staff was great, food was amazing, service was perfect but if I knew the hotel faces a high school and lacrosse field - I probably would not have booked. The TV did not work but the beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.
