Great staff, clean beautiful smelling sheets!! Sadly, the floors ,in all 3 rooms I was changed into, were filthy, filthy. Pet rooms should never have dried urine spots and feces in the floor cracks. Jesse, is a wonderful gentleman. Great staff

We wanted to stay at a reasonably priced hotel for one night on our way home from a trip to see family. We liked everything about avid hotel: close to I-95, room for laying out two suitcases, the blackout shades to keep outside lights from coming through the window, the minimalist decor, the cleanliness, the STEP-IN shower (instead of step-over tub), the filtered water dispenser right down the hall next to the ice machine, the quick and simply breakfast options, the 24-hour grind-and-brew coffee, and the VERY friendly staff! About the only thing that could be improved are the "Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches"--I was expecting it to be on an English muffin or similar but it was just egg and filling (I should have put it on toast!) We'll look for another avid hotel the next time we travel anywhere.

Stayed about 4 months ago & thought it was excellent so decide to stay again. The shower floor was dirty &; one of the towels had a dirt spot. Hand soap was empty. All things that could be easily fixed.

The aesthetic of the property is simple & appealing. Jesse at the front desk was friendly & efficient, Loved the complimentary sparkling water available 24/7. The beds are so comfy! Love the bathroom.

This looked like a brand new hotel. Kept so well. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was so organized. Signed up for their rewards programs because if all the IHG hotels are like this, I'll be staying there whenever possible. Terrific!

Very contemporary style accommodation. Clean and sleek. Unfortunately, there were a number of small holes in the ceiling above the bed from previous overnight visitors- perhaps hitting the ceiling because of noise in the room above. Bad sound proofing - could hear walking back and forth above us in early morning.
