"I do not understand how this place is so well rated. For the price it is what I should have expected however. The good: shower area new remodeled and clean. Walkable to a grocery and liquor store. The bad: there is no one at the front desk. There is a kiosk with a remote worker on video and they scan your id on it. The remote worker is not a great replacement, they scan your id and the cash part of the machine wasn't able to accept cash. Also, its a hotel you can pay cash for apparently. Its pet friendly and even if you don't have a pet you could end up in a room with dog hair like we did. The water in the sink only came out a trickle, hot or cold. Theres cigarette smell wafting through the vents, not sure if coming from the doors or just people smoking in the rooms, i mean what would the remote front desk worker do abt it. "

"Everything was great except i reserved and paid for a king bed room. To only recieve a double bed room. Hotel staff said it was cause i booked thru a thrid party "expedia." Main reason i chose hyatt was due to the room layout."

"The property had a distinctive odor, the bed was made wrinkled, but not clean.TV did not work. Elevator was down. People around and in the halls made me uncomfortable. Heated argument going on down the hall. Wouldn’t have been surprised if the police showed up. Wouldn’t feel safe walking down hallway. Left key on table and left. I do not recommend staying here!!!"

"A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, "

"Don’t show up late at night. They don’t have anyone at the desk after 10pm. Very basic accommodation. Very light blanket. Only a double bed. Not queen "
