"At check in we were told we had a free upgrade to a suite however it was just a normal room with two queen beds which was fine but our excitement quickly dimmed. I had to call the front desk immediately as there was only a less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no additional rolls which they brought up immediately. The drapes were ripped off the one side so it didn’t close which let in a lot of light at night. The staff were great everywhere however I just think the rooms need some repairs. Also the false front door under the sink kept falling off."
