"Everything was great from rooms to staff and food "

"Nice clean room, excellent shower, lovely Wine Not experience. Unfortunately there is zero WiFi signal in the room, which made things very difficult. There are also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Considering the remoteness of the location, the limited opening hours of the restaurant was not ideal."

"Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Location was great and our room was wonderful. Stayed in a junior suite and it was clean, roomy, and had an excellent view. Would stay again! "

"A huge impressive building that’s low level (three floors). The spa (water jets and sauna superb after our 3.5 hour drive) and bar/lounge areas were great to relax in. The exterior poor cladding and some aspects of the building could make it a stunning place if given a refresh and detailing. The room was large, well presented, very clean and really quiet. Easy access of the main routes and quick drive into the city. A welcoming staff made it a perfect stopover. "

"ok; great views of the town, Alcala del Jucar; it is not in the town, is in another town, car is needed, no transportation available there; nothing around it, so car is needed to get food etc. Nice though, a bit pricey for what you get."
