"The first room we were given had ants everywhere and they were crawling all over the bed. They do provide a second room, however, the first person we interacted with was less than friendly. The second room did have dead moths in it, but by that point we were just tired and didn’t want to move again. Overall, if you want a convenient place to stay before an early flight, it’s decent, but other than that I would look somewhere else. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lalandia Billund! The kids completely enjoyed the place and had the time of their lives with all the activities. We were especially impressed by our accommodation—it was exceptionally clean upon arrival and incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The only minor suggestion we have to make the experience even better is regarding the amenities. It would be great if bathroom towels and a hair dryer were provided in the house, as that would save families a bit of packing space. Overall, it was a brilliant trip, and we would definitely love to return!"

"Nice "upgraded" Cabinn in heart of Esbjerg. Booked a studio which had queen size bed and tea kitchen. Lots of space in the living/sleeping area itself but the bathroom was dreadfully small. Tiny shower area with water spraying everywhere and curtain stuck to your body. However, great shower pressure. I would probably not stay here again simply due to the size of the bathroom but otherwise, lovely place to stay with cozy and nice lobby and super friendly staff."

"The check-in receptionist was rude. It was a surprise that breakfast was not included, this was not clear in the advertisements and no options for with/without breakfast available. This was, apparently, my fault for not booking directly with the hotel. I have been there many times over the past 20 years and never had this problem before. I do not plan on returning."
