Location was fantastic and beautiful classic hotel with helpful staff. The pool/garden arrangement is odd and dated (and costs €30 a day if not included) not being able to access the promenade directly from the hotel was frustrating - a huge missed opportunity for them not to open all that up as restaurant/bar - I would flip the pool to the terrace! Anyway it was good and would go again

We had a wonderful time at L’Alpage recently. It is such a beautiful cottage, in a very peaceful location… exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The accommodation itself was excellent, with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities a big plus. A lovely stove and lots of wood meant we stayed warm every night. Our host was very helpful, sending lots of communication beforehand, and being available to questions from us during our stay too, All in all, we had a fantastic...

Amazing

Very clean and comfortable accommodation managed by a delightful family who are excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble including booking us a table at the local Italian restaurant (Le Coin au Provence) - also worth a visit. Very comfortable bed, lots of space, great facilities and a delicious continental breakfast. Thank you and we will definitely be going back!

We celebrated birthday and hotel made it really memorable.

It is a beautiful property in a perfect location . However, having been an abbey the rooms overlooking the lake were very small and cramped for two people. There is no lift due to planning restrictions - this should be made very clear on the website and booking platform, as those with mobility problems would find it almost impossible.

I don’t usually write reviews but I loved everything about this place. From the individually styled rooms to the chair carved out of the stump of an old sycamore tree at the top of a flight of metal steps. Everything has been put together with such thought and care.

Our second stay at Le Pelican. Perfectly located for Annecy Old Town. The hotel has “all you require” for a holiday stop over.

Very happy with the stay.Beautiful setting.Most was excellent but for a couple of things. Hotel was a little chilly and bar area by reception was not very cosy/comfortable which did not entice us to spend more time relaxing there.

Traveling to ski holiday and stayed here overnight. Very comfy hotel close to restaurants in town centre.

Lovely hotel in charming village. Perfect access to the gondola to 1850.

Excellent room with Lake view. Separate Dressing Room, Bathroom and WC. Only thing lacking would be a washbasin in room with the WC. Swimming Pool area superb.
