Absolutely loved it here! Beautiful hotel with a lovely relaxing pool area. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The bed is very comfy and rooms are a good size. The location is close to Faliraki - 15 min walk to the shops and beach. Quite a lot of choice for the breakfast too. Would absolutely love to come back soon!

Fantastic modern comfortable room with very comfortable mattress (soft medium pillow top) lots of space for suitcases and clothing. Big balcony and easy parking outside the hotel. Hosts are amazing, friendly and very helpful people. Family run accommodation. The breakfast is lovely with many options and lots of fresh fruits daily. Prices of drinks and food at bar very reasonable. A wonderful place to stay!!! Has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. I highly recommend this hotel. Huge pool and pool area to relax. Not like a large noisy resort, so you will feel relaxed here.

Such a nice hotel! Stayed in a 2 bed apartment (family of 4) and it was perfect! The kids had their own room with aircon and bathroom. And we had our own room with aircon and bathroom too! The rooms were clean, comfortable bedding and the service was absolutely great! Good range of breaky to accommodate everyone! Zambika and Petros were absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be back!

A lovely week in the sun

The best thing about the hotel is the people: Pedros, Zoe, Rula, Mika and Marius were fantastic! They knew everyone's names and provided excellent service while remaining down to earth and approachable. Food was freshly prepared and delicious (with huge portions!) - as the breakfast items are pre-cooked for self-service, the sausages were often cold but tasty all the same; and items were regularly topped up so there was plenty of choice. Rooms were large and comfortable though they did get very warm overnight and I dislike using the air con as it's noisy and dries the air out / I didn't want to open the doors and let the mossies in! There was a lot of late night noise from the flats next door so if you're a light sleeper like me then that makes it difficult to get to sleep, which is a shame (there's no soundproofing on the doors or walls); but the location is great for getting into Faliraki without being right in the midst of it all of the time - about 15mins to the aquarium end of town or half an hour to the square or beach. It's excellent value for money and I would recommend it as a good base for a stay as long as you either hire a car or work around the infrequent (but affordable) buses.

5 night stay - great location, good service

Great stay at Mazoren for 5 nights!! Good location, 15 mins walk from the beach and close walk to the bus stops. Faliraki town close by with plenty of restaurants and night bars available. Room area always clean with a great balcony view. Area looks exactly like photos!! Special thanks to Jorge, Pedros for letting us use the pool at midnight and the lady chef who always made fresh breakfast. Great customer service, definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing in every aspect

Fortunately there are no negatives here, so I just need to list the positives: Every single member of staff was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, exactly what every hotel needs, but many fail to provide. Nothing was ever too much trouble! The room was spacious, modern, light, clean, had fridge, safe, kettle. The bathroom also the same. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and amazing coffee!! Pool, clean, quiet, plenty of loungers. Location, perfect for me, out of the way and nice and quiet. Some may complain that it’s too far away, but if you booked without checking that’s your own fault. It’s an easy and pleasant 15-20 minute walk to Faliraki. I would 100% recommend to Andy one and if I’m in Rhodes again, this will be the place I stay. Absolutely perfect!

New Hotel with spacious rooms and peaceful setting

We liked the design of the room a lot including especialy the comfortable table with two chairs in the balcony. Also the two types of anatomic pillows were great. The big safe was a plus also. There were two important negative things however. The air condition was programmed in a way that when ever it reached the selected temperature (eg 22 Celsius) it stopped operating the fan. This fan stopping and restarting was bothersome during the night. We bypasses this sleeping the window open as there were a metal made security curtain beacause the area was very quiet. Secondly the smoke detector on the ceiling has a very bright green blinking light that blinks bright every few seconds to prove its operaation. In a dark room this reminds a moderate telephone camera led flash. It is bothersome when sleeping on your back. This could naturally not be deactivated. However we would recommend this hotel overall.

We did choose this hotel because it said that it was 1 minute from the beach. That was not true, it was 25. So we had to rent a car to stay there. The hotel was new and nice, and it was quite and no stores or restaurants around the hotel. The staff was great, lovely people.
