I’ve been to many islands in Greece and can share that this boutique hotel is a gem…along with being a fantastic value. Busloads of tourists visit Lindos everyday, but almost everyone departs before the sun sets, so they miss half of the experience. F Charm’s prime location allows you to stay just 100 meters from the nighttime fun, but far enough that you’re not bothered by noise from the revellers…and it’s as close as you can get to the stunning beach of St Paul’s Bay. The overall vibe created by hostess/owner, Eleni, is warm and welcoming…maybe it could be re-named as the Eleni Charm Hotel :-)

F Charm Hotel is the best!

Our stay at F Charm hotel in the lovely town in Lindos was exceptional. The point person for check in was very friendly and helpful about restaurant options for dinner. The hotel and room were quiet and out of the way of the busier streets of bars, stores, and restaurants but easily walkable to these areas. There is a breakfast menu at the hotel and I recommend having breakfast at the hotel at their little outdoor eating nook that I have shared a picture of. We really enjoyed our stay and please visit Lindos, the Lindos Acropolis is not something you should miss visiting!

Die perfekte Unterkunft in Lindos. Die Gastgeberin, Eleni ist großartig und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Haus und das Zimmer sind wunderschön. Alles (Strände, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars) ist bequem fußeläufig erreichbar und dennocgh liegt das Haus schön ruhig. Auch das Abstellen des Autos etwas oberhalb der Unterkunft (außerhalb der Altstadt) war problemlos. Wir werden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Absolutely fantastic in every regard. First class accommodation, food, service and facilities. If you want luxury, delicious home cooked food, the friendliest of staff then look no further. Great place in Lindos

F Charm is a great little place to stay in Lindos. Maria is super friendly and very helpful. The location in the village is great, being close to the main pedestrian street but far enough away when the town gets a bit noisy. The lovely little courtyard is ideal for breakfast and to just relax. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

A beautifull hotel in Lindos

F Charme è per chi desidera vivere un soggiorno alla greca. Per chi sa apprezzare ancora le cose semplici. Per chi sogna pace e benessere. Situato in un posto strategico, a pochi passi dalla via principale di Lindos, ma allo stesso tempo in una posizione che offre un silenzio quasi irreale, questa Guest House è l'deale per tutti coloro che in un soggiorno cercano semplicemente la classe, il fascino dei più piccoli particolari, la pulizia, la cordialità ed il sorriso. Noi abbiamo scelto la Classic, con arredamento minimal, ma graziosa. Essendo situata al piano terra, è stato il modo migliore per goderci il cortile in stile greco, la musica che faceva da sottofondo, per respirare a pieno l'aria di Lindos, per conoscere altre persone che, come noi, amavano anche coccolarsi con un drink o rilassarsi sul divano all'aria aperta. Stanza, devo dire, che ho trovato ogni giorno sempre pulita e ordinata. E poi ci sono Eleni e Maria che sono sempre state disponibili e gentili. Noi abbiamo conosciuto meglio Maria, una ragazza premurosa e attenta ad ogni nostra necessità.Consiglio questa Guest House non solo per tutto quanto scritto, ma anche perchè vivere una vacanza a Lindos è la scelta migliore, essendo una cittadina di insestimabile bellezza, ricca di ristoranti, locali, negozi e vita. Helt fantastiskt på alla sätt. Rummet var rent, tyst och bekvämt, och personalen helt underbar. Servicen helt otroligt bra, vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och ompysslade på precis rätt nivå. Frukosten var i den högre prisklassen, men "continental plus" var stor nog för två personer att dela på, så det blev billigt i slutändan ändå. Kan vara det bästa hotell jag någonsin bott på!

Fantastic boutique hotel

I've just returned from a relaxing solo holiday to the F Charm (or Filoxenia Cosy) hotel in lovely Lindos. This is the most beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located just a few mins walk from the busy main street with shops and restaurants but at the same time, is a little oasis of peace and tranquility. I would rate every aspect of my stay as being a 5 star experience: My room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated with the comfiest bed - it had a luxurious mattress topper with high quality/thread count bedlinen. The Courtyard is again tastefully decorated and is where breakfast is served; this being a culinary experience I looked forward to every morning! The choice and quality of food was amazing and I can highly recommend the Greek yogurt with honey, museuli and fresh fruit! Eleni, the owner, and Maria were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much bother. One example is that Eleni went out of her way to source a particular local body lotion I had asked about, and went out of her way to collect it for me! I felt so comfortable and at home at the F Charm, particularly as a female solo traveller and loved my first trip to this hotel and to Lindos. Thanks so much Eleni and Maria...I had a wonderful holiday!

Tolles kleines Hotel mit Charakter und freundlichem Personal, nicht overdone und bestens gelegen, zu Fuß ein paar hundert Meter nach St. Pauls, in die Bars von Lindos, auf die Akropolis, zur alten Mühle und zum Parkplatz und auch nur 50 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Rhodos. Der perfekte Standort, um Rhodos zu erkunden.

Great location for beaches and town

On arriving at the top Lindos car park by taxi I was met by Eleni (the owner) who showed me the way to Filoxenia.Immediately offered a cooling drink and then shown to my room. For me the room was exactly what I required,ample storage space,large bed that proved to be amazingly comfortable.Shower room was completely adequate and spotlessly clean. Very efficient air conditioning,essential in Lindos. Filoxenia is in a great position,only 2 minutes into town and best of all,easy to find when you have your bearings.

A slice of heaven in Lindos

We absolutely fell in love with Lindos! When the worse thing about your holiday is the flight home you know its gooood. The staff at Filoxenia Cozy were second to none, so friendly & helpful with all our enquiries. The breakfast was delicious (especially the scrambed eggs) & the appartment was central to the main street, making it easy to explore all the sights in Lindos. The best feature of our appartment (the beds a close second) was the terrace, it offered stunning views of tbe ocean as well as lovely place to sit & chill.

Lovely bed and breakfast accommodation nearer to St. Paul's bay, which is the more beautiful bay of the two. Had the Acropolis view with balcony and separate bedroom. Coffee making facilities, iron, CD player, TV, hair dryer, beach towels, robes, slippers, full bathroom soap etc. living area. Spotless. The best host I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Made the holiday memorable. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you Eleni.

It is close to all beaches and restaurants but just far enough away for a peaceful sleep.The rooms are absolutely amazing, luxurious and immaculate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Filoxenia and hope to return soon.

Lovely little hotel

Eleni, the owner of this lovely hotel, is a great host with refined taste that shows in all the little details of the hotel and service. We enjoyed our stay very much at Filoxenia Cozy and had a wonderful time in Lindos and Rhodes.
