"Good breakfast"

"Gorgeous room. Great view. Comfortable bed. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay despite a couple of downsides: We needed a bed for a teenager, despite impressions from our booking that it might be a proper bed, it was a cot that was rolled in. incredibly long time to get hot water in bathroom, very wasteful. With all the restaurants in the hotel, it would be nice if there were a place just to get coffee in the AM. "

"The room was okay. Bed was the best part because it was comfortable. TV barely worked. Was almost impossible to use. Staff were okay as well. Not the most polite but at least somewhat helpful. Parking wasn’t ideal. I had to park somewhere else temporarily because I needed a code to get into the parking. Why not just have a ticket and validation system for guests. Breakfast was cheap (€13) but very basic. No sausages or anything warm. Coffee was tasty. "

As an Expedia Gold Member, I was expecting at least one VIP offer from the hotel, but no benefits were provided at all. The only thing I received was early check-in Additionally, the hotel did not provide slippers in the room. For a hotel of this quality, I consider this a significant downside, as even basic amenities like slippers are expected."
