"Room rug was very stained, room temp was hot, had to turn in AC to cool it down and it wasn’t hot outside. Beds were very hard, bedding was old, no hand towels in room, no staff on site at desk between 10-6 which was odd. Room was ok for cleanliness otherwise though. Only takes credit card which was a problem for some checking in. Only one front desk computer which held up everyone at check in as it was very busy. Key card wouldn’t work in all outside doors after 10 pm. Didn’t check out any amenities like breakfast but I don’t think the pool was full of water?! "
