"This apartment is PERFECTLY located in downtown and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable bed, and even the foldout was comfortable for our son (with sensory problems). The only problem was with the Wi-Fi. It was a little slow, but definitely a minor inconvenience considering the location. We plan to visit Reykjavik again, soon, and we already decided that we will stay at the same place. "Second time at Sif and a rough start arriving into our apartment with the washer sitting in the middle of the apartment. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer last time and one of the main reasons we booked other than the nice modern apartments. I called and they acknowledged their mistake and lack of communication, and ultimately ended up reaccomodating me to another apartment. Could do with a fan, but a good modern apartment in Reykjavik, short walk to food hall, and short drive to town center."

"Lets start with the bad, the bad is we stayed at 401 and there is no elevator so I had to carry our luggage all the way up to 4th floor. When we got to the room, took a shower and drain clogged right away which means they did not clean the drain down below properly. They were very attentive and very good at communicating so they took care and sent someone right away but unfortunately we could not let them in because we were so tired from our flight.
