"The place was empty of people"

"This is the third time we've stayed there and the pool was closed. Once it was for maintenance. Once it was because they allowed swimming lessons for the community?? We thought that was odd. Hotel guests were blocked from swimming during those lessons. This time the entire lobby, breakfast area and pool were under construction. They should warn guests booking online that the pool is closed. Three strikes and we're out. "

"The accommodations were good. The internet quality was great, The rooms were very nice, and the employees and staff were wonderful. The only downside to my stay was The previous undisclosed requirement of providing a $40 deposit upon check-in for incidentals. That was not included in the booking price, and was presented at the time of check-in as a non-optional additional requirement to stay. I understand it will be refunded at some point after the room has been vacated and inspected, but I don't agree with the policy, especially considering it was an additional charge on top of the booking fee and was not previously disclosed before booking my stay."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful. Out of the five hotels we stayed at during our two-week trip, this was by far one of the best experiences. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with such a warm welcome. The breakfast staff in the morning were so friendly and inviting, and check-out was quick and seamless. The air conditioning was whisper-quiet, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it."
