"The personnel working, whether be on the front desk or the ladies cleaning the pool equipment were always the most pleasant. Unfortunately, this go around the weather did not hold up as it basically was raining every day, but our last two out of seven. But at least we didn’t have to get out of Dodge early, so to speak, as we did last fall when the second of those two major hurricanes blew through."

"I had a bad experience with the 1st room. It was a roof leak .the 2nd room had a broken AC . The 3rd room was great "
"We stayed in the cottages for 14 nights. Cottage was very spacious, however it was very dark inside and had no view except for a bunch of trees. Curtains and windows need to be cleaned. This was very disappointing to us. We didn’t spend much time in the room so that made it better. Hotel is beautiful, workers are very nice, and location was perfect
For us. We love Naples Bay Resort and would def recommend it. We just didn’t really enjoy the cottage we had, if we go back we would just get a different unit. "
