"We both had an excellent experience staying in this Magnificent Hotel, such a great setting, most interesting Castle. The Dinner had a good selection of dishes and the food was delicious and well presented. The Continental Breakfast very good too. The Staff were so Friendly and helpful. "We booked as an overnight stop on a long drive so we were grateful for a good room and an easy location not far from the main route we were travelling. We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay.
