Rude staff and smelly/dark room, but good location

Staff was rude and room smelled bad. Good location but attitude and comfort must be improved. The view of the mountain was also not really a view (looked directly at another hotel, with only a sliver of a view) and sauna was not always available to use, so the advertising was somewhat false.

Leider war der Service für den Preis nicht sehr gut. Bei der An und Abreise ging es nur um die Bezahlung und wir wurden schnell abgefertigt. An unserem Wohlbefinden war man nicht interessiert. Bei über €1000 für 4 Nächte hatten wir schon weitaus besseren und netteren Service in billigeren Hotels. Ich war auch überrascht dass für unseren Säugling über €30 pro Nacht verlangt wurde. Die Halbpension ist den Preis nicht wert. Das Essen ist geschmacklos und subpar. Der Parkplatz ist auch ein Stück entfernt und man muss den Hügel jedes Mal hoch und runter. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer geräumig. Das Frühstück ist leider auch langweilig und die Brötchen/croissants schmeckten wie aus der Packung. Das Hotel ist eher was für Rentner die mit den Besitzern befreundet sind Das Zimmer hatte leider keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher. Ein Bügeleisen war auch nicht vorhanden. Der Besitzer nimmt die Bewertungen auch sehr persönlich und spricht einen darauf auch vor anderen Gästen beim Essen an. Leider wurde uns auch nie angeboten auf der Terrasse zu sitzen.

Centraal gelegen t.o.v. de pistes en het dorp. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. Wij hadden half pension maar hebben meerdere keren a la carte gegeten in hotel (voor het gemak).

Prachtige locatie, tegenover piste en verzamelplaats skischool. Ontbijt vanaf 7.30 uur, avondeten tussen 18 en 20.30 uur. Allebei zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk eten. Schone, ruime en gerenoveerde kamers. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parkeerplaats achter het hotel. Korting op skipas en skihuur via het hotel. Skiles kun je ook bij receptie regelen. Alles positief!

Nicht zu empfehlen !!

Die Beschreibung auf der Website passt überhaupt nicht zu den Hotel. Es hieß es gibt Wellness Außenpool ect und alles nicht vorhanden. Als wir den Hotelbesitzer darauf angesprochen haben, meinte er sei nicht auf Besucher über die website angewiesen, da er seine Stammkunden hat. Frühstück war in Ordnung wenig Auswahl und Abendessen war Ok. Ansonsten sind die Preise für Restaurant sehr teuer. Insgesamt waren wir nicht zu frieden, haben uns dort überhaupt nicht Wohlgefühlt. Zudem hatten wir ein Baby dabei und mussten uns blicke gefallen lassen wenn das Baby etwas laut wurde. Aber Sauberkeit und die Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand.

Dejligt lille hyggeligt hotel nær Zugspitze

Dejligt hotel nær Zugspitze som kan danne ramme for udflugter i denne alperegion. Hotellet har en fantastisk udsigt over mod bjergene. Ved overnatninger over flere dage tilbydes fuld pension. Restaurant er god. Skuffelse over det tildelte værelse. Havde via hotels.com bestilt et værelse i kategorien "med udsigt til alperne", men fik tildelt et værelse med udsigt til nabohotellet 5m på den anden side af gaden.

Photos are misleading

If you are choosing this hotel for the advertised views, you may be disappointed. We booked an 'alpine' room with a balcony, thinking that the photos were a (somewhat) accurate representation of the room. Instead, we got a small room with a balcony facing the street with a lot of noise from people leaving the restaurant and adjacent hotel restaurants in the evening. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told that 'alpine' is not a description, but rather the name of the room. The service was just very mediocre, and the restaurant was nothing special.

Unterkunft mit Blick auf ZUgspitze und Restaurant

Zimmer sehr sauber mit Holzböden, hygienisch vorbildlich. Hervorragend war der Service im Restaurant, sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend, persönlich einfach nicht zu überbieten. Der Ausblick des Zimmers auf den Kirchplatz hatte nichts Besonderes. der Blick vom Restaurant auf Zugspitze und Ehrwald war nicht zu überbieten.

Lacks of basic things

The hotel is good in view cleanliness, but it lacks of basic thing which is a soap for cleaning hands or face you need to Go to the shower corner to use the liquid soap which is difficult to remove it. The hotel is far from the train station and the hotel doesn't provid shuttle car beside it is very difficult to find a taxi.

Nice hotel in a pleasant surrounding

Great room, we stayed with two kids in the double room, charming, kids loved it. Dinner was also very good, We ould stay ther again.

Nice hotel in a good location for hiking, staff friendliness ok, rooms are very clean. Unfortunately we were on the go with the kids the whole time so other than breakfast could not sample the evening menu, but the menu looked good and food on people's plates looked really good.

Superblick auf die Zugspitze

Unser Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Speiseraum mit angrenzender Terrasse lag direkt gegenüber der Zugspitze und bot einen Superblick auf das Tal. Auf Wunsch konnte man im Freien essen, das war sehr schön. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war der relativ weite Weg zum Parkplatz, ansonsten alles sehr gut.
