"The hotel did not look nothing like the pictures we went to the front office and they walked us a block down the street. I think it was their second property. The room did not look nothing like the picture at all in the bed. The bed was the worst thing overall it was like sleeping on concrete. The mattress was so hard. It was like a rock mattress."

"No siquiera me hospede, no me respetaron la reservación, me dijeron que no había convenio con Expedia, no tuvieron habitaciones libres y me tuve que ir a otro hotel, de hecho voy a querer mi reembolso"

"1- Cobran 50.000 por una visita de corta duración, cuando en Expedia ponen que son 25.000. Me pidieron casi el valor de una noche 2- El colchón es demasiado rígido y las almohadas delgadas 3- El baño suelta un olor a cañería 4- El lavamanos tiene humedad y parece a punto de caerse"
