"Overall this is an overpriced hotel!
Pros: location is good, walking distance to mangal das garças and “old village”. Nice breakfast and lovely outdoor seating.
Cons: room had a pile of dirty at the entrance. There was only one iron available (staff was unable to bring it to your room, you had to go downstairs to grab it and they took 10 minutes to find it(?) - overall the experience was disappointing. "
"This hotel is a great value and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making check in and out very easy. The training room here is one of the better ones I have used in a long time. All of the machines are new and worked well. The guest rooms are spacious and clean."

Par contre, il faudrait améliorer l'insonorisation des chambres, même au niveau des odeurs.
L'horaire du petit-déjeuner n'est pas respecté tant pour le début que pour la fin. Quant au service proposé, il n'y a pas de serviettes de bain mis à disposition et les draps et tapis de chambre/SDB sont à changer (déchirés ou mauvais état)."
"Internet ruim. Havia uma barata na parede. Chiveiro nao esquentava e saía pouca agua. Banheiro ficava todo molhado após o banho. So havia um paninho no chao do banheiro, que nao secava. Nao havia toalha de rosto. Nao havia espelho no banheiro. A saida de ar do banheiro era um buraco na parece pra fora (quebrado mesmo. Sem acabamento). Eu tropeçava toda vez que ia ao banheiro. O piso sobe uns 5cm na divisa.

"The included breakfast has enough options. Staff is very helpful. They are renovating the hotel but we did not notice any noise whatsoever. Being a 4+ star hotel the room is spacey but the looks are not that of a 4*. OveralSome restaurants and places to visit are walkable but everyone Uber I talked to said you better take a cab due to safety especially at night. really satisfied would book again, I got a really good price via Expedia. "The hotel is well located, very peculiar as it has been a monastery. Rooms are spacious, well lit and with excellent AC. Staff goes above and beyond to make our wishes come true. The restaurant is fabulous serving local dishes with generous portions and great price. The pool is well equipped with comfy lounge chairs and natural shades from a mature landscape. We’ll definetly be back to Atrium Quinta das Pedras. "
"The receptionist not very nice, they didn’t treat me they way my mom and myself should , but topical Brazilians. When someone else is well dress , they pay more attention. Good was great and the servers amazing. The door man super nice and very helpful with my mom. I took her to Para to the Mercado ver o peso, for her 80 th birthday. It was great. Room service was fantastic but the room wasn’t clean . The bathroom at the lobby was very clean. I would go back. "
