Staff was really good except the one reception lady and security stand guy they could have been more polite and hospitable.
The bellman was really amazing and went out of the way to make me feel home and was very helpful. All other staff were really nice.

Room spotless, staff very attentive and cordial from desk to housekeeping to doormen to engineers!! We had a great suite as reserved with a tiny complete kitchen !
I will never stay any place in NYC again other Lombardy.

Thank you for a lovely weekend away! The staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious with an amazing lake view from the terrace. We had access to a beautiful restaurant, private beach & wellness area on site. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
