"The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "

"Very nice hotel with an inviting lobby area to hang out in and great restaurant. We were there on New Year’s Day so had dinner at the restaurant and it was pizza night so enjoyed a few delicious pizzas. "

"Séjour plus rapide que prévu étant donné que j'ai réservé une chambre et que l'hôtel était fermé. Apres appel du numéro affiché sur la porte en cas d'absence une personne est venu me proposer une chambre dans une autre résidence pas du tout en lien avec la réservation que j'avais passé. Je me suis donc rendu dans ce village pour rien. "
