We really wanted to love this hotel - it is right next to all of the places we shop and eat and very convenient. . However, I don’t think we will be back. We checked in later in the afternoon, my husband our newborn and myself. It was our first time traveling with our daughter. We dropped off our things, lots of them, including the babies bags and bassinet. It took us two trips. We then fed the baby quickly and headed to walk for dinner ourselves. When we returned from a great meal at the new casino, I took off my boots and walked to the bathroom. . The floor was SOAKED. They had shampooed the carpets. . however put us in there while they were still so wet it was visible when walking. We quickly inspected our bags and it was all wet. Including the bassinet. By this point it’s late. We don’t want to move or have the energy to. So my husband went and talked to the front desk. She offered him 2 free beers, a $30 dollar discount, and told him to check in the morning about having it fixed. She was very sweet. I stayed on the bed all night, the baby had to sleep with us since her bed was wet and in the morning it was still damp. We were told the next morning we would be credited 30,000 points for another room a different time. 2 weeks have gone by now, I tried to give them the benefit to make it right and after calling 3-4 times this week to be placed on hold, disconnected and have my messages ignored. . We still haven’t been credited for our $260 room that we couldn’t even enjoy.
