The plumbing was horrible! Toilet not flushing properly, very old furnishings, the furniture is left over from the old Harrah's Casino. Bill Harrah is turning over on his grave. The homelessness outside is very sad to see how frustrating to have main doors locked at night with so many shady people lurking outside. This place is turning into a dump!

Despite the fair/low price you'll pay at this hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable and relaxing. The staff are always attentive to the needs of their quests. This is my go-to place to stay almost every time I visit Reno.

Poor shower. Ice machine on our floor not working. Air conditioning only on one side of room. Need more plugs that are unused. Need shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and at least more than one small soap at the sink.

What can you expect from downtown. Homeless all over the place. Parking was not convenient had to walk to park in the garage an easy 5 min walk .

Stayed at this property for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Convenient location downtown, close to casinos and other attractions. Very well appointed rooms with good security. As well they do not charge resort fees which is a big bonus!! Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

an older property in the older part of down town. Several homeless on the street. the room was good, the carpets had burn marks, but the beds were soft and clean. good water pressure in the shower. We were on the 17th floor with good views.

I stayed for 3 nights. The room itself is very clean and is very quiet. Except providing one conditioned shampoo and one bar soap upon arriving, no amenities and no house keeping at all for all 3 days. bed, bathroom and trash stayed the way you left all three days . Key card were not working all 3 days. Need go back to front desk re-key each time. But for the price, I don’t mind. For me , cleanness and quiet is most important. I will book again next time when I’m in Reno.

Very old property. The carpet is old and has a musty smell to it. The shower/tub has stains. Even if it’s been cleaned, it doesn’t smell or look like it because it’s very old. The furniture is also very outdated and bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. Needs a good renovation and refurbished to at least make customers feel like they are in a clean and sanitary environment.

Right in Reno, close to the River Walk. Reno was pretty quiet while I was there. Convenient parking and good dining options. Facilities are a little aged, room was good, good bed, AC, bathroom, counter space adequate, plugs adequate, good TV, helpful staff.
