Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
When we arrived in our room we looked out and had a great view. We noticed that the room only had one chair that was stained and had rips in the upholstery. We called the front desk about it. They said they had given us an ADA accessible room and it only can with one chair. They said they would bring us another chair. The chair never came. That was over 6 hours ago. My wife went to get into the bed shortly after that, she just wanted to take a nap. She noticed stains on the sheets and a cigarette burn on the back. it looked like someone had a ball point pen and marked up the sheets. She was concerned that the sheets were unclean. She called house keeping and told them. They said they would come and change the sheets. We went to the hot tub and to the casino afterwards. After returning we saw the sheets had not been changed. We called back and got no answer. We then called the front desk and they said they would contact house keeping. After about 10 minutes we got a knock on the door. It was a nice lady with sheets. Unfortunately she said we would have to put the sheets on ourselves. I have alway thought the Nugget was a nice clean hotel. This trip really change my thoughts on the Nugget.
