Comfortable stay in Rennes

Very comfortable stay in city centre. Bed in exec room was superking and really comfortable so we slept very well! The bathroom was adequate, clean with a fantastic shower. The towels were a bit small but honestly value for money wise our stay was excellent.

Le Sevigne hotel functional and central location

Comfy bed, quiet room, a bit spartan for the desk size but functional. Would need a bit more clearance for international travellers with adapters. Wifi was a bit haphasard but when working was fine. Food was very good. Staff very friendly.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only issues I had were a) the mould and grunge on the bottom inside of the shower door and b) that all the pillows were too thick and hard which hampered sleep. I had to create my own pillow from towels. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located

Welcoming staff, spacious and clean room, lovely breakfast with a local and homemade touch, conveniently located by the train station and within walking distance from the city centre. Our king size bed was comfortable but not so much the sofa bed for our kids. We had to shut the window in the morning due to the smell of cigarette coming from outside, the bathroom was basic.

The location was practical and the price was reasonable. I did expect more for an "executive room", which was what we reserved. The room we got was more like a basic double room that had a very limited window size opening, making it difficult to air out the room and enjoy a view. The service was fine, the breakfast tasty with friendly and helpful staff. The seafood restaurant right next door was excellent. A choice of eating options and take out was varied and available opposite the train station, just a few meters' walk from the hotel. Overall a very good choice for our two nights' stay.

Nice Stay

Great location near the train station and about a 12-15 min. walk to lots of good restaurants in the town center. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here again when in Rennes.
