"We booked À la Mainguère at quite short notice, for a quiet night before catching our ferry back to England the next day. Well I have to say, that after one night, we want to book again and for longer! What a fabulous place to stay and with just perfect hosts too. "Personne à l’accueil pendant la journée (code pour entrer). Personne au niveau du check out. Pas de petit dejeuner proposé alors que c’etait inqiqué à partir de 9h (dimanche). On s’est retranché dans un bar (tres accueillant) avec au passage l’achat de 2 croissants.Bref, on n’a vu personne durant notre court séjour - ah si, j’oubliais, on a croisé une femme en charge de faire les chambres ; aimable comme une porte de prison.

"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."
