"The rooms need to be updated, the bathroom faucet was leaking water. They should mention o there website information about taking stepchildren abroad. Had a terrible experience with reception staff and the general hotel management that was no help at all. Also, no one in the hotel spoke English so it was hard to communicate. Also, the cleaning staff can just walk into your room without permission. I had this incident happen to me in the middle of the night. I will never ever stay in this hotel again… "

"When I booked the room, I had the choice to pick a basement or another room, but it did not mention that it was in the basement. Once checked in, I was given a basement room with no windows. The corridor smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty water on the floor, the shower did not get hot, and the AC was prehistoric and very noisy. Staff were rude and argumentative when I said I wanted a new room and wanted to be charged to upgrade, but said they were full. The whole experience was awful "
