"The rooms have been recently remodeled and everything was new. Fresh, clean, and was super spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 customer service. There was no hot tub as they are transforming to a different franchise name. The pool was nice and warm and clean. It was indoors and we enjoyed it during our stay. The only downfall of the whole place and my stay was that they no longer have a business office. I did take my own equipment to work remotely but I could not get the internet to work well enough to connect my printer and laptop. Definitely need to upgrade internet provider and or bring back the business office. I was shocked that it was eliminated to begin with!! Overall we loved it and would stay again!!"

"This property is not maintained very well. The elevator seems very old, makes strange noises and has an electric or oil type of smell on the third floor. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom and the lights didn’t work. Most of the complimentary breakfast was gone when we got there (an hour before it ended)."

"This is our third stay at the Old Henry Location and this visit we have noticed some areas in the rooms that paint is peeling or dirty baseboard but all normal wear and tear on a hotel some scuff on cabinets etc they just need a better maintenance schedule. The bar down stairs is very nice as well as the large gathering area that families can use to play games or just sit and talk. The front desk staff is sometimes no place to be found especially during the day you have to wait sometime before someone comes out of the office. The parking is amazing as well as the proximity to grocery and major highways. We will be back again as the room size and location fit our family and our needs. Great shower heads and wonderful bathroom size."
