When I tried to speak to them, they ignored me completely. Between the stranger entering my room and the chaos outside, I felt totally unsafe. I had to check out early and book another place just to feel secure. To add to the frustration, the washing machine was broken, and they tried to charge me for a laundry service instead. Management acted like they empathized with my complaints, but ultimately did nothing to help."

"I booked a 1-bedroom apartment. I was given a 2-bedroom apartment with a stranger staying in one of the bedrooms. When I asked to get what I booked, I was told this would cost $250 extra. These guys are crooks. Avoid the aparthotel."
