Lovely stay at the Sachsenwald hotel! Wilma, the employee on duty checking us in was very kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well organized. Their coffee is outstanding. Nice upgrade to a suite with amazing bathtub. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

I was shocked to learn the hotel didnt have A/C & that my room had several large windows facing south and only one opened for fresh air. It was hotter than hell in that room and not a single fan provided. Breakfast was mediocre, it cost 15 euros and everyone was crammed into one section which made no sense with corona rules! The hotel was understaffed with one waiter for a whole wedding party and then trying to deal with regular hotel guests like me. The highlights of this hotel were the minibar (seriously hit the spot) and location.

Dear customer thank you for your comment, and we are shocked about your comment,concerning the Corona rules. Our hotel has, that what we hear very often, a fantastic concept of hygienic. In our buffet section, before you could enter, you should disinfect your hands, than we offer plastic gloves. Further more it is remarked that only three people should enter the section at the same time. The most of the food offer is per portion in small glasses, so that the customer can be sure, that nobody else touch the food. We remember the situation, which you are talking about and you are right, for the situation we have been understaffed. For the situation we are very sorry. We tried to get information about the wedding group, for be better prepared but the only information we had, was that all people of the wedding party will arrive individually and take breakfast individually. Due to this information usually our performance will be smoothly. However this should be no excuse. Concerning the missing airco, we decided years ago not install one yet, as we have only 30 days the year, when its hot and due to saving the clima. We offer vans in the rooms, they are situated in the wardrobe so far. At the end we would to say, sorry again for the inconvenience during the breakfast but even if we announced the guests to accept and respect our Corona rules and they didn't we have not a big choice to react. At the end we only could deny the people to enter the area or to leave the hotel. Best regards Your SHR Team

Right in the center of Reinbek near Hamburg(
Close to a new vacation home I am moving into. Needed to stay at a hotel nearby until furniture arrived. The hotel is right in the center of Reinbek - a quaint little town near Hamburg. Shopping centers and good restaurants very close to the hotel. also the beautiful Sachsenwald forest in close distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and also helpful to a newcomer to this area. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, good restaurant and bar.

A pleasant stay in Berlin.
The hotel was situated in a convenient location ,public transport on the doorstep of hotel. The hotel is very modern and spacious. The reception and concierge staff were very polite ,friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast, lots to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to any one who travels to Berlin.

Nice hotel
Pros: Nice hotel, good location, grocery story and good Chinese restaurant nearby Cons: Very expensive restaurant. The places for parking are very small and with medium-big car, it's hard to squeeze in.

Dear Customer,thank you for your comments and we have to resume we did not well our job to explain why your points happened:For one night 30 for letting a dog staying in a room is quite high, but if you stay three or more nights it is the the same rate but per night cheaper. The work for cleaning the room, so that everybody else is able to stay than in the room is the same time of work. special cleaning due to possible allergies takes roughly an hour. That the reason why we charge 30 per stay.Concerning the breakfast we have to say you have booked with breakfast and the most of our food we calculate and prepare a day before for having enough different goods for everybody. We will think about another solution so that we are able to be more flexible.Best regardsYour SHR team

Oppholdet var akkurat det man trenger på jobb. Raskt inn og ut det var litt nedtur at de ikke hadde noe varmt kjøtt/flesk til egge og frokost men det er vel den nye grønne linjen

Ist sehr gut mit Bus zu erreichen ubd nicht weit vom Reinbek Bahnhof. Auch das Frühstück Menu ist sehr gut und auch das Personal ist freundlich und auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön
