Reigoldswil - Wasserfallen

Great location with the next tram stop in a walking distance; a really cosy hotel at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds! Acceptable food choices if you take a morning bite!

I loved everything about this hotel. Conveniently located in a shopping district close to the lake. Plenty of places to explore from the hotel. The rooftop bar was great and the room was clean and had AC (which was nice to have as Geneva was experiencing over 100° weather). The staff were friendly and helped finding me a dentist when I had an emergency. 100% recommend!

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was great. Rooms needed some TLC, they were clean but seemed well used. Water pressure was not great and the sink did not drain properly. The people were extremely helpful and great service which made the experience better. Overall it was good but not great.
