Always a Good Stay....Carpets Need to be updated to Vinyl Flooring. Breakfast should be included Especially for Hyatt Member Card Holders. The Indoor Pool water was Chilly for Winter Stay.

Carousel Resort Hotel & Condominiums
Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool.
