We booked for a 2nd floor balcony. Got there and was told it wasn't available, and there was nothing they could do, despite the premium we paid for it. When we checked out, the person asked about our stay, and I told him what happened. He was sympathetic, and gave a $50 rebate, which was at least some acknowledgment.
The restaurant was god awful. Waited 90 minutes for food.
The waterpark, which was the reason for they stay, was a good time. And the staff, aside from the first guy, were very nice and pleasant.
